Glenn Prives’ Bio

GLENN P. PRIVES is an attorney in the Health Care Practice at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. He represents a range of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, health care management companies and investment funds specializing in health care. He has experience in the areas of hospital-physician alignment, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, alliances, joint ventures, numerous types of contractual agreements and health care information technology. He also has counseled clients on a variety of health care regulatory matters, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, state self-referral laws, HIPAA, health care reform, Medicare and Medicaid issues, coverage and overpayment issues, compliance, regulatory and due diligence reviews, licensure and certification issues.

Glenn also counsels general business and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. In addition, Glenn has experience in contract drafting and negotiation and providing legal consultation and document review to business entities of all sizes.

Glenn is a frequent speaker, both locally and nationally, on health care and business issues. He has also written, in local and national publications, on a variety of health care topics. Glenn serves as a Vice Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association Business Law and Governance Practice Group.

Cecylia Hahn’s Bio

CECYLIA K. HAHN graduated, with honors, from The College of New Jersey in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Justice Studies and a minor in French. She received a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2010. During law school Ms. Hahn was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Business Law Journal. She was awarded best brief following the 2009 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hahn worked as a paralegal for Marie-Ann Greenberg, Esq., Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee. Before joining the Firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter E. Doyne, Assignment Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, for the 2010-2011 term.

Ms. Hahn is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Hahn concentrates her practice in the area of healthcare law. She is a member of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and the Justice Morris Pashman Inns of Court.
