Shannon Smedstad, Employer Brand Director at CEB, has been working in the recruiting and talent acquisition space since 1999 – spent eleven years at Geico before joining CEB in 2013. A Wife, Mom, Brownie Troop Leader, and Coach -Shannon finds balance by having a busy private family life, as well.
